This is a general bread baking video from an "In house" bakery showing the skills of this fantastic baker...Vincent Talleu. I don't know much about this talented chap but he has made many video's of his skills and I never tire of watching them....in fact I am always in awe of this true Artisan.....

There's some great You Tube vids about from this guy. There's also a massive library of bread and pizza techniques out there. My hope in creating this category is to have our own library of video's for members to relate to.....not sure if it will work?

Seeing someone doing well that which they love doing can always be an inspiration, and anything that encourages us to push ourselves a little has to be a good thing. Without this forum there's probably a few people that might have taken longer to finish or never started their WFO projects - me included - so roll on the clips!

This guy has inspired me to return to Ciabatta again (my favourite bread, but so tough to work with), can't wait to get it in the WFO.
