Right...
No idea why (or how), but my other half convinced me to sign up to the tough mudder last night...
Now that I'm a bit more awake, I'm getting worried... especially as I haven't done any real exercise since last summer...
Oh well... what's the worst that can happen...

I'm considering bringing the gopro - but I have a feeling that after a few minutes it'll just get coated in mud and not record anything... hopefully the professional photographers will be there I started exercising today... and now I'm lying on the sofa, unable to move... think I pulled something in my neck... Anyone else interested? The more (to carry me) the merrier M.

LOL! I've done worse... www.teambooktwo.com - did that twice... including driving through minefields... oh, and on the last trip, we had to drive through Al-Quaida-in-mahgreb (cousins of the better known terrorists) territory for a day and a night... that was a little nerve tingling to be honest... Para's are hardcore... I went on the BA Para RAPS course... and the mere idea of going up in that rickety little plane freaked the hell out of me (did it in the end though - decided that the rather large instructor in the plane was scarier than jumping out... she was gold though ). Regarding the sponsorship - that's a kind offer I will take you up on - all donations directly to Help for Heroes: www.raceit.com/fundraising/donate.aspx?event=17997&fundraiser=r9994607 M.

Luckily I didn't sign up for the south London event - we're scheduled on the 22nd of September in Wales, so there's a bit of time to recover yet
