Holly and David Jones from Manna from Devon's cookery school ..

www.mannafromdevon.com/ ....have combined with Jay Emery of Dingley Dell.. www.dingley-dell.com/ ....to bring this competition to the South West.

It is open to all 10 to 14 year olds to find The South West's young pizza chef of the year.

The winner will receive one of Jay Emery's "Bushmans" modular ovens and a day at Holly and David's cookery school for 6 people.

Good try Spinal but I'm afraid not.

I haven't yet looked at the actual competition forms, but I know both David Jones and Jay Emery personally and know they both run professional businesses in their respective fields.....
