I'm about to look into ordering my first batch of wood. Ive checked the internet for supplier in Glasgow/central scotland but was wondering who other forum members from Scotland have bought their wood from. Any info would be much appreciated
Cheers Sel

If you have storage space, I find freecycle a good source of wood. Post that you're willing to help people cut their trees and cart away the wood (note - help them, not do it for them!)
I've had a few free loads of wood this way (well, the cost of a few beers/pizzas as I dragged a friend with me)

Cheers guys, I had checked gumtree but wasn't sure about the quality of the wood but I suppose there is only one way to find out. I have some storage space so will try freecycle to try and build up a load of wood for next yr.
