Those pizzas look a little heavy on the bread for my liking! Nice pad though! Most ovens are outdoor, and only have a short flue. If i were setting one like this, i'd set a full height flue, which i expect you'd have to with it so close to the house. It'd probably have to exit the usual 2ft or so above roof height or something. With a twin wall flue it'd give a much more increased draw to the fire and probably result in next to nothing coming out the mouth of the oven. I doubt that the guys at Stonebake would mind helping you out with the tech back up if you bought one of their ovens. They've installed indoor, outdoor and the outdoor/indoor too.

Thanks, I might drop them an email to see if they have any drawings\plans that I could peruse. Insulating the external wall\oven divide to avoid cold bridging will be interesting!
