While I was away my order of bacheldre mill flour got delivered from Amazon. I ended up going for the 8x 1kg packs from amazon instead of the 16kg pack as my freezer is almost full and this way I don't have too worry too much about a large open bag of flour. Last night I decided to give it a shot... my sourdough culture is a little slow, so it didn't rise as much as I had hoped... but that didn't stop the bread from being pretty good. From a seed perspective, the poppy seeds overpower the others a little, but it's still pretty good! Also probably should have baked a tad more... but the two baguettes didn't last a day, so it can't be that bad Picture attached... Attachments:

Nice batch of bread there!! I love their oak smoked , I must get back into baking my bread as I haven't since about August!

Nice looking bread there SPinal - I've never tried Bacheldre Mill flour will have to give it a whirl some time.
