Hi all here is a clip of me doing a Pheasant in Kettle BBQ on the 22 December 2013. Becuase its in a kettle I suppose there is a similiar way as a WFO . I know they not the same but you know what I mean wood fire smoke and its trapped . Thank you for watching and it was very cold you might hear the wind and see my collar of my jacket move once or twice .
I am so jealous at the moment , as due to moving from France I have lost my outdoor kitchen ( going back in February or March I hope) am hoping that this week is the week the pergola gets built so that I can have a small outdoor kitchen here. At the moment my garden is a builders yard!! I am def. going to try this as I know that I have a pheasant lurking in the freezer some where!!
