Had family round last night and had a quality pizza party, had a kilo of unused dough this morning so (using half of this) I decided to try my hand at making a loaf. Not bad for a first attempt, so I thought I would share.

I think in a few weeks I will try 'high end quality' and buy some Marriage's Bella Premium flour to compare and judge from there.
With regards to this loaf, I cheated and put it in the domestic oven, will definitely try the WFO next time though!
