 Spring is definitely in the air, and there's lots of spring lamb around at the moment. Why not fire up the BBQ or wfo, and sear up some lamb cutlets, lamb and fire work so well together. Definitely worth try this RecipeCheers Marcus |

Marcus That looks lovely . Lamb is one of my favorite . Sometimes I would even have a few for Breakfast .As always its one of those beautiful photos that jumps out at a person and makes me want to eat the computer screen.I bet you enjoyed eating them!!! Thanx for sharing
