Hi Laura
Nice to see you finally on the forum. Can't find Scozzese anywhere on facebook....I'll keep trying.
I appreciate your previous help with things but we have a protocol to follow for commercial interest on the forum...please check your PM (private messages)

Another newbie bunch of mobile wood fired oven peeps are the "It's a Pizza Thing" they have just started up and appear to be doing well. Have placed a wfo inside their contained unit with a 76 internal measurement. The owner is Andy Wood, they are located in Southampton UK. Their facebook is here www.facebook.com/apizzathing

i went to a vw festival in north east england in june. this was where i saw my first ever wfo van, firing pizzas. apparently they where fantastic but i never got to taste one as they ran out of dough. however, after having a bit of a chat with the other catering vendors, they where being charged two thousand pounds per pitch for two nights trading..... scary numbers.

I think that the "It's a Pizza Thing" is the one that has recently appeared Fridays in Southampton City centre (outside West Quay)
