Hi All,

Been a little busy over the last six weeks purchasing a sorry looking trailer and transforming it into a mobile wood fired oven with the intention of setting up a business with a similar minded mate of mine.
I don't want to be seen as advertising on here yet as we still have a small number outstanding tasks that Terry advises needs to be in place before we can officially unveil ourselves as a vendor (awaiting trailer inspection by local authority & liability insurance in place). Terry, will PM you when we are ready!

Just thought I'd show you all what we've been up to!

I have really enjoyed seeing the transformation over the last few weeks and today, it was finally completed.
For info, the oven was purchased from Stone Bake Oven Company (1m Vento Oven).

The oven performed really well all day. Cooked well over fifty pizzas and feedback has been very encouraging!
