Designing a mobile WFO

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the form. This is a great site with loads of interesting projects and information.

Looking for some advice and comments.

I'm currently designing a relatively light weight WFO hopefully under 500kg. Ok so not that light.

Currently thinking of a Clay construction which i will make a steel frame to mount in a van/trailer

Please see my rough image attached.





Dose anyone see any major problems with this design?

I was also thinking about adding some sort of reinforcement to the clay, any suggestions?
