Afternoon, having a pizza party on Sat (last ever I think!) and since it's nearly burns night I think I'm going to try my first haggis pizza.
Has anyone made one before?
I'm guessing just haggis with mozzarella will be fine, if not a little dryer than normal. or would you still have a tomato base?
Black pudding is amazing on pizza so i imagine this is as good.

Brilliant idea! I'd use a tomato base and to moisten it further, drizzle a little GlenSomething into it afterwards... a sort of Scotch relish.

what a great idea...ive just been out and bought a haggis for tea tomoz on the strength of it. any leftovers will be going on a pizza with possibly a balti or curry base.

I was even thinking of a potato/carrot/swede purée base instead of the tomato to make it even more traditional, will see how much time I have

Pizza party!! That’s great dear! You know Pizza party is my favorite. Anyways, a few days ago my sister gave me lots of cooking tips for making healthy pizza at home. I tried the recipe. The pizza was very tasty. My children loved that.
