i was going to order another big bag of caputo blue, but i was at the cash and carry today and picked up some rank hovis, as you like it, pizza flour. it was only £7 for 16kg so i thought i'd give it a try! has anybody else seen this flour or used it? theres no nutritional information on the bag, but found online the protein content is 11.8g. www.rankhovis.co.uk/rank-hovis-originals-range/keith

I got a 16kg Bag of this last week from Bookers cash and carry , i had it on a cold 24 hour fermentation and it was great , i had two balls left over in the fridge that got upto 72 hours and had them as Focaccia last night it was really great .
