Annoyingly i'm going to be a few bricks short on my build. I've used 230x115x64mm from Kilnlinings. -Kilnlinings have moq of £100 -The nearest Jewsons that have stock is Louth (65miles away) -I have a local supplier who only has 50mm or 76mm in stock, 64's are a few weeks away. So has anyone got left overs? Based in Nottingham but can travel to collect, often travel upto Elland for work. Cheers Chris

Lamby....what a pain in the lower aperture to be a few bricks short. To get this request out to our members you can "bump" this message a few times ....use different times of the day to bump your request to the top of the "most recent posts" in order to reach the widest audience.
If you are passing the S.Wales area (Newport) I could sell you 20 64mm fire-bricks at similar price to Liam's prices. I am "setting up shop" in the near future and my prices have to be considerably more than Liam's (as I buy fire-bricks from him) but....to a member of the forum who wants just 20 bricks to complete his project...I would sell them at "near to" his prices.....but you would have to collect. Drop me a PM if you're interested.
I shall also ask on twitter .....I have only 1250 followers, but they are all genuine. I'll drop you a PM if I get any response.
Regards...
Terry

Hi Terry, Thanks for this. I made a miscalc on the archway, TWICE! So took it down and rebuilt. In heinsite I should've factored in 10% for scrap/cuts,you live and learn. I was considering finishing off my final rings with 50mm thick bricks but that's not ideal and would bug me. Funily enough I was in Newport about 3weeks ago as we have a site their, no plans to pay to enter your fine country in the short term lol. Let me know if owt comes up! Cheers Lamby
