Hi All, We have tried numerous flours over the past two years and have come to an agreement - Caputo Blue really is the best we have come across. It's really easy to work with when hand-stretching and the taste is amazing. I'm now finding myself comparing pizza/garlic bread bases with local Italian restaurants and none are matching up (especially if none are wood fired). It really gives me a good feeling when others tell me our pizzas are superior in taste and quality.

Fair play, your pizzas look stunning. I can't wait to get mine finished and fired up. Where do you buy this flour?

I'm based in Wigan and we get our ingredients from an Italian Food & Drink importer in Stockport - G&O Foods: www.gandoitalianfood.co.uk/I also get my cheese, meats and tomato sauces from here, highly recommended if any of you are from in the North West.

I buy it from www.theitaliansupermarket.com as they deliver next day for only a fiver whereas others charge a fortune for delivery or i would of had to collect. I also get the san marzano tomatoes as they are only £1.89 a tin which is a bargain.
