I have located an Italian wholesaler in central Manchester that supplies pizza flour. It's called Amato Food Products and lives at St Andrews Square, Manchester, M1 2NS. They sell three types of pizza flour: Caputo Gold, Dallari and Eurostar. I've had the Dallari a couple of times and it makes good pizzas; it's very soft and I usually add 20% Canadian flour to strengthen it up somewhat. A big plus for me, not being a huge user, is that they split sacks and sell it in 2kg bags, still at a great price. Amato is primarily a wholesaler, but I spoke to Bob who runs it (a very helpful and friendly guy) and he said he was happy to supply any Forumites who call in. Just check the opening times before you go and probably best to take cash. They have a local delivery service as well - I guess the charge will depend on how much you buy. They have a basic website where you can download a catalogue without prices, but I can tell you that the prices are pretty good. They sell lots of nice pizza related/Italian stuff as well.

i tried them and the service was shocking and the prices were the lowest. I ordered mine from www.theitaliansupermarket.com and it was delivered to my home 2 days later. Delivery was only £5 and i ordered 4 25kg sacks for that which i thought was a amazing bargain. I have always struggled to find Caputo Flour as it is either really expensive or delivery is a joke. Thankfully i found the company above.
