I see (and am mildly astonished) it was back in 2014 CobblerDave introduced us to this bit of kit, and there's been a few Members under the bridge in the meantime who may not have one: an in-oven rack that can stand over fire for a chop or steak or stand in a tray on the floor for bigger, fattier roasts. Icooked the xmas spatchcocked goose in 45 minutes and a boned and butterflied leg of lamb in half an hour. Would have been better with 25 mins, but every bit was eaten. Anyhow, with no further ado, I give you The Tuscan Grill: Actually a bit of further ado - the grid runs front to back deliberately: easier to slide a turner in and under anything. And in case you hadn't guessed, it's a bbq grid and four bolts. Cheers, Chas

G'day Chas You'd think that you had invented that thing but we both know... It's not that it's your own idea... Your smart enough to recognize a great idea when you see one:) It's not my idea either.... Cooks a great meal over the coals. The heat gets cast off the oven roof onto your cook. Like all great jokes... Who thinks them up?? Definitly not me. In the end it doesn't matter. Who likes them... You guests ... Thanks Chas Regards dave
