Hi all -
Wanted to start a new thread to find out about building a square oven. There's a lot of debate about vaulted vs 'pompeii' designs, but I'm considering making just a big box for a few reasons; space, ease of build and I figure I can get a couple of racks in it which better suits what I'm planning to cook.
My concern is that the air may not circulate as effectively, but then again our domestic ovens are square, and they work fine.
Thoughts appreciated!
