Making your oven earn its keep.

Just wondered whether anyone knows how much of a stumbling block it would be to get a Local Council in the UK to sign off on using the oven for commercial purposes? Batches of bread etc? to then sell?

Any ideas?

I would imagine that would be a complete ball ache as you you have to get a trading licence and food hygiene certificates. Then you would have to have public liability insurance. I would just sell it and not inform them unless you are planning large scale sales
