A very nice looking build. The trick with the cardboard is to wrap it in plastic. This prevents it sucking the water from the render and not making it soggy. It also makes removal really easy. Maybe for the next oven you build. Cheers Thanks Dave, lol no bloody chance i am building another one!!! As i hope this one will last the rest of my mortal life.

Nearly there.. Just one more coat of paint and a good tidy up needed.

Finished the dome and rendered the walls a while ago. Just completed the external door and have put in for winter to keep the shitty weather out. The chimney is off for the winter and the hole covered over to stop water ingress. Need to finish off the worktop area which I shall do with some red quartz. Apparently it does fade in sunlight but as it is for free I will give it a whizz. Happy winter eve everyone. Gary
