Hi, I haven’t tried those specific heat logs / fuel logs, but do often use that type of fuel as I find they give off lots of heat with no smoke. Homebase do cheaper alternatives that work really well. I guess you lose some of the ‘wood fired’ flavourings by using these, but can always use these for getting oven to temperature and then real wood for the cooking stage, D

I use verdo logs www.verdorenewables.co.uk in my wood burners at home very good and a lot cheaper than the ones that you are listing .

the verdo ones are made of softwood thinnings so may not be to good for the wood oven
