I will have to disagree with oblertone's coment. We also fill our Pizza's up & are well loaded. Remember the Pizza base is just a carrier for the food. Ham, cheese, pineapple, chorizo, egg, tomato sauce & mushrooms. Plus other bits I cant remember. There rarely is a wrong way, its all trial & error. And that, is just what makes it so much fun. Plus of course a nice beer, or a fruity rich red wine.

Peasants, I'm surrounded by peasants, it's all about the dough, 'less is more' to avoid a soggy bottom !
Although I will admit that after a few ciders the 'less is more' thing does tend to fly away ...

Just to point out one thing. I can confirm, along with my Wife, I have not got, or ever had, a soggy bottom. That also goes for my Pizza dough. As with oblertone, after a few glasses of red, anything goes, and normally does.

Ha, I did. But once it broke I retained the roof, cable tied wooden legs to it and set them in four buckets of concrete. The whole thing moved and flexed in the wind like an earthquake proof tower block and lasted the rest of the build!
I sent the photos to Argos and suggested going 50/50 on the new design but they haven't responded...
