Picked this up from Amazon yesterday. It's a great book with beautiful photography and some great hints and tips. The only thing it appears to be missing is some good slow roast recipes or good pot roasts (although there have been a few great ones posted here!) Well worth the £9.99 spent A Ringo recommendation

Back in the UK now and have finally got to have a look at my copy. It looks really good, and looking forward to trying out some of the recipes next year, when the weather improves. Also got my IR thermometer and a folding peel from USA. Yippee!
