Hi everyone, Having read quite a few builds on here and no doubt will be looking for support at some point, here is my build. The plan:
Not all the detail but enough to calculate additional materials required. Large cupboards underneath and build into existing patio wall. Foundation poured for the oven.

Walls continued. Blockwork on the inside and backfilled with some rubble to get rid of it from the garden. Final blockwork to bring the base up to required height and installed the large concrete lintel for the opening. A couple of the large 50mm commercial pavers cut to size and used to even out any of my poor blockwork and provide a nice level base for the oven.

Oven base on and dry test fit of the oven dome. Also cut and installed some slate paving slabs for serving areas. Dry fit of the firebrick oven floor, can also see a few thermocouples installed, no close up photo but one each side under the bricks. Not sure how useful these will be, but will have a couple in oven too. Finally dome on and filled gaps with fire cement, not a great fit but not too bad either.
And 2 thermocouples up top.

I finished the build at the end of last year but forgot to post the end here, for those interested. Building up the brickwork. Insulation and waterproof membrane.
