There are one or two places available at Dan Lepard's remaining Sourdough bread making classes this year, the dates are: Saturday 24th September 2011 and Saturday 26th November 2011 Classes run from 9am prompt to at least 4pm and include lunch at the School, class notes and recipes. During the day, Dan will cover making, keeping and using a sourdough leaven, along with mixing, kneading and basic shaping, you'll make two different loaves which you'll take home at the end of the day along with a pot of Dan's own leaven, and in the afternoon there's a special session which concentrates on improving your shaping skills.
