There are many varied courses available including many different types and levels of bread baking.

The School of Artisan Food is located in rural North Nottinghamshire, on the historic Welbeck Estate.
Thanks to a local development agency grant the School has thoughtfully converted a Grade II listed former stable block building, into a state-of-the-art learning institute, with a range of professional training rooms and kitchens.
