500grams sweet pots (I put mine in the primo or WFO ) roasted in skins 1large finely chopped onion sweated in butter 400grams green or brown lentils Garlic grated I like mine with 3 cloves but it's up to you. 1finely chopped roasted red pepper 2yeasp of Cajun spices or butt rub etc. S- and p Inch grated ginger (optional)
Roast the peppers , cool peel and mashY Add all the other ingredients and mix well
Shape into parties, chill and cook..........
Adjust the spices and garlic to suit your taste

On the Barbie on a griddle or fry in a non stick pan I made some this week with extra ummph extremely moreish
