It takes about 1 1/2 hours to reach pizza temp. and cooks a pizza in a couple of minutes

Just posted a new video of my oven in action. Pizza in under 3 minutes in full HD (try watching it in top quality in full screen mode). Plus took this lovely photo that I just had to post here. I love how you can see the steam coming off the pizza and being drawn towards the fire as the air circulates round

Great video & pic - thank you! I like the idea of holding the pizza up to the top of the dome to get extra heat on top and excellent peel operation! <grin>

Wow! Inspirational!
I'm starting my planning stage at the moment. I would like to have an oven ready for July when I'll be having a garden party - the theme of which will be "cook your own pizza"! Nothing like a bit of self-imposed pressure to get things moving!!
I'll no doubt have 101 questions and it looks like I've found the right place to ask them!

Your oven looks like the ideal size for our garden. Can I ask you what the dimensions of the base structure are? Also, do you happen to know the internal diameter of the oven?

If the firebricks are standard dims and its 6 bricks across, the internal looks like it should be about 680mm.
