Show off your build thread to your 'friends' and 'followers'.
You can use your login credentials from other social networks to login and access the forum. This will create a link between your social network and the forum which can be used for sharing your build with your circle of frinds or followers.
While not logged in, go to the forum homepage and at the bottom you will see a row of small social network icons such as
Click and a dialog box will appear asking you to log into your social network. When you do so it may then ask you for permission to allow proboards to access data. This is fine, quite safe, so allow this. You will then see a message confirming you are connected. Each network behaves slightly differently, so if you are not then presented with another login, this time for the forum, you may need to re-click the icon and re-login. (Boring, but this is a one-timer.)
The forum will then ask you to login to connect your account. Do so with your forum credentials.
Your accounts are now linked.
The benefit of this is that you can now easily share your build thread via the Share button
Each time you update your thread, click the share button to send the link to your Myface, Spacebook, or Twatter feed.
In addition to impressing your friends with your ability to mix mortar and cook pizza the benefit to the forum is that it will improve Google/Bing rankings, so it's win-win.
(Disclaimer, I only tested this with Windoze Live and Googly so can't confirm all the others work as well.)
