Andrew & Sybille from Gilchester Organics www.gilchesters.com/home grow and grind their own grains to produce a range of Organic flours. They also produce a lot of other things that a self sustained farm produces.

n.b......My local (to me) flour mill is Talgarth mill and I've had great success with their flour, but any discounts to forum members from any traditional flour producers are welcome on our forum.
