I love St fagans but the last time i was there was last year and I did not see the bread oven .. is it new??

No les, not new, but not particularly well signed. It's just opposite the Popty ( bakery) which also makes its bread in a huge brick built oven.

I love St. Fagans museum and their wood-fired oven is a must for all to see. I don't know why but I tried many times to post a better view from h12rpo's post. Here's my final attempt.... Here's the communal oven which was moved to the museum from the valleys. It's a separate one to the very large bread oven which is in commercial use at the museums bakery. This one I'm reliably informed has never been fired up since its been at the museum and the interior picture posted above by me is the interior of this one Attachments:
