Im sure they use gas to heat their oven not wood. the book looks good though.
Im not sure what days they are at this market but i have been several times to sample their wares on a saturday and not seen it unless they only operate in the summer months

I've been following them on Facebook for a while and they give regular updates as to where they are setting up. Good pizzas in my opinion.

Have eaten their Pizzas twice at streetfood events, and they are very good Pizzas ! can confirm theirs is (or was when I looked) a gas oven. They also operate under the kerbfood group.

I've got my copy of the pizza pilgrims book, looks very good, some great ideas, not just pizza, and very good photography, a nice addition to my burgeoning collection. There's even a great section on building a clay oven. Have got the Pitt Cue Co book on pre-order too. Cheers Marcus
