A simple kansas city bbq sauce (stolen from the web and converted from cups to grams). Marinated overnight, slow cooked for 3 hours then given the flame treatment! Africkinmazing. I'll post the bbq recipe when i get a chance. Stevo Attachments:

Rocky - I found it on Amazon for about £40, it was a Steven Raichlen one. It's the first thing i've cooked on it and it seems to be very good quality, really solid.

I cheat and use an old rack from the toaster, or oven rack or BBQ rack and bricks. Looking forward to the recipe!!
