This is one of our firm BBQ favourite recipes following us to freinds parties and on holidays from 'The Taste of India' Mudoch Books Makes 8 skewers 4x large chicken breasts = cut out the fillet and cut the breast into three lenghtways The Marinade:- 100ml thick natural yogurt (I use the 'Total' full fat variety) 1/2 tablespoon paprika 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 1/2 tablespoons garam masala Juice 1/2 lemon 4x Garlic cloves crushed 5cm piece Ginger grated large handful fresh coriander leaves 1/4 teaspoon tandoori food colouring Blend all the marinade ingredients together add the chicken and leave for a couple of hours. two pieces per skewer. I like to cook these on the charcoal BBQ over indirect heat, lid closed turning as and when, finishing over the charcoal to get that final char. Delicious with a tomato, onion & mint salad. Rick
