Hi all, I'm not sure if this is the place or area on the blog to advertise. Please direct me if I'm wrong? I import South African and Namibian firewood and currently distribute it to a number of South African shops and Butchers. I also have an online shop and between the two business areas, I managed to sell 9 tons of this wood last year. This wood is very popular back in Southern Africa and is used for BBQ’s, Pizza Ovens and heating of houses. This wood is extremely dry and has very low moisture content unlike woods from the UK and Europe. You only need to use a few logs and you will be surprised how long the coals last for, while enjoying a great bush smell which adds flavour to food cooked on the fire. I have Sicklebush (Sekelbos) and Camelthorn (Kameeldoring) available in 10 or 20kg Bags. One 10kg bag will be enough for 2 medium bbq’s and the 20kg will be enough for at least 4 which is good value for money considering the average 4kg bag of charcoal will be enough for 2 bbq’s at a cost of about £6.50. Please take a look at my website for a more detailed explanation with video’s etc about the wood. www.braaiwooduk.co.uk10kg bag - £12 20kg bag - £22 Thanks Simon
