Well a MOINK (Moo-Oink) ball of course. If you have never had the pleasure of one of these little beauties, then consider popping some of them on your BBQ this summer. I used good quality steak burgers, but you can use meatballs or steak mince. I broke a golf ball sized piece of burger off and rolled into a ball. Seasoned this with a little BBQ rub, wrapped with thinly cut streaky bacon, and skewered with 2 soaked bamboo skewers, to stop them from coming off. I then rubbed in a little more rub, and cooked on a moderate BBQ for 5 minutes, and brushed with some Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and cooked for a further 5 minutes. Wow, are these bad boys good.
