Not cooked yet but prepared for the BBQ tonight.
Bizarre kebabs , named by one of my French neighbours when I brought a huge platter of them to the table and he went to eat one before I cooked it. He thought the idea of bbqing them was too bizarre !! ( until he ate four of them!! )
Dunk cubed brioche in 2oz sugar 4oz melted butter 4 tables liqueur, white wine or martini type drink Then thread them onto skewers alternating with fruit of choice . I used strawberries because its valentines.........

Lamb shanks is one of our favourites kept for special occasions!! Must try his venison ones......
