In the roasting tray is cider, onions, garlic, five spice, star anise ,ginger, carrots and some dried mushrooms. The pork marinated in this overnight and then I popped it into the BBQ first the easy bit of eating it and then it's that pan to clean. Mind you it does show that its worth it getting as good as you can afford pans because that roasting tray is 19 years old. And it gets bunged in the BBQ, wood burner, open fires , comes on holiday with us and it scrubs up a treat! Attachments:
