Cheers Marcus Marcus I know that you were following a vegetarian lifestyle before and I have every respect for anyone who chooses to become Vegetarian or Vegan or Pescetarian.....and now (through this forum) I understand a lot more about people who follow gluten free diets etc......but.....and it's a big but, I (selfishly) think it's a shame that your talents in "grillin & smokin" with meats will go to waste. I honestly thought that we'd see you on the grillers competition circuit this year. That being said, you are a brilliant cook/chef and we all love it every time you share your dishes with us. I hope that won't stop you from continuing to share your food creations with us. Terry p.s.....gonna miss the black pudding specials.

Think of all the rare breed animals who might go extinct if folks stop eating them ;-)
its passed midday now Marcus, time to come clean. I call April fool, if only because I think grilling horse would be the sort of challenge you would relish making a tasty meal from.

Sorry to dissapoint Terry, but the BBQ'd lettuce should have given it away Happy April Fools to you all. Thank you for your kind words Terry, bless you, no plans to cook competitively, don't really see it as a way forward for me, but wouldn't mind giving it a whirl at some point. No will always be here, as it was your lovely forum that inspired me to get into all this anyway. For you i'll do an extra special black pudding special Cheers marcus
