Given that I asked for the restaurants forum it only seems fair that I should write in it! Caffe Amore is actually the cafe at Longacres Garden Centre on the A30 near Bagshot. I was there buying some logs for my Mezzo 76 oven from the Stonebake Oven Company (which is being delivered next week!!) when I wandered through the food hall and into the cafe. I was very surprised to see a large wood-fired oven in the corner and so I decided to treat myself to lunch. You have to wait to be seated and there was a queue building up at the entrance so I waited patiently for a table. I ordered a ham and mushroom pizza which was about £10 so quite pricey. But it was very tasty when it arrived - nice crisp base with just a little charring to add to the flavour. My only criticism is that there was perhaps too much cheese, but I often think that at at pizza restaurants so perhaps that's just my personal preference. Overall I would recommend Caffe Amore. I hope I can make equally tasty pizzas when my oven arrives next week!

Sounds like Ascot and Windsor tax is in full effect... although I think my local garden center would charge the same also, they are pretty steep, probably knowing full well the well to go pensioners will happily pay it.
I never even knew that garden center was there, probably something to do with the speed you tend to go round that corner in the outside lane, not exactly a slow bit of road that if going from the M3 into Bracknell.
