Again with the leftovers!! In the week I cooked some pork and a turkey leg on my walnut slab. That did us for the week and then yesterday I made another pie with the left overs. To bulk it out I put some hard boiled eggs in and some chopped prunes. It was devoured at work today . These pseudo pork pies work great using the leftovers. If I do not have enough to make a pie I just freeze it in a container.
