Love these , they are so simple to make but I am experimenting with flours etc. These made a very tasty flat bread. I am putting the butter in after forming as I am aiming for a flaky finish. Malt house smoked flour, water , salt, butter to spread . Sorry no measurements. I am trying to make it as simple as possible . In a bowl mix the flour , salt and water , knead for 5 minutes. Roll out into a large circle and spread with butter. Attachments:

Shape into a sausage shape and roll out into flat breads. I used spelt to flour the board. They are extremely tasty and very flaky . I tried to photograph the flakiness but failed.......... Have a go but please let us know the results of using the different flours. I cannot wait to get my hands on some einkorn to make some.
