First light up this year of my clay oven this year I split a loaf into 3 parts This part was cooked in the wood oven It's a wholemeal made with a biga and whole grain. It's only a little one as 1/3 is on the BBQ tonight and the other 1/3 is going on my very old Burmese cookpot ? Attachments:

Whoops did not take anymore photos we just dove in and demolished with garlic soup!! The one cooked in the pot on the Burmese oven looked steamed??? I flipped it to brown the top , I have not got a clue as to why? The one in the BBQ cooked okay and was very smoky tasting !, which was a bonus with the soup.

The reason for the experiment is that we are thinking off taking off camping for a large part of next year either doing the coastline of G.B or heading to Hungary!! A huge difference but which ever one we choose we will do the other one the year after. We just have to sell our place here first!!
