Before last week id never made pizza dough before. After a bit searching I was happy to follow this one.

Even though its a basic and common recipe, I like the monkey-see/monkey-do approach lol.
The cup amounts I just googled for gram equivalents.
Whilst I think I can cook, my baking skills are shockingly bad, and this vid helped alot. Done this three times now and although the test bases have just been done in a gas oven, theyve worked fine everytime
