Nice, I like star anise on beef ribs more and more, as a subtle warming spice. What was the recipe you used? Cheers Marcus

It was one racks of ruin ( Philip ) mentioned on Facebook , I googled spiced rum and cream soda. I used my extra spicy BBQ sauce as the final mop sauce on the beef but tried to stick with the recipe for the pork. ( although next time..... If I do it again I will tweak it.) using cream soda did make a change from some of the other base liquids I normally use!!

Nice RG I love Beef ribs . SOmething that I havent done for yrs on the BBQ and have been wanting for some time . ALways forget dont know why . Yes would love to be able to learn how take proper food photos . I am sure marcus is on to a winner there if he runs food photography photos.
