No frills with this one , a well aged piece of free range beef , left in the fridge for a week rubbed with dry mustard and cooked on the walnut plank until it reached internal temp of 140. Wow.....you outdoor grillers/smokers are streets ahead of me in talent.
I don't post a lot on the foodie posts as I can't add much.....but I always look on in awe.
