Yes and I must say I feel very honored because the chef himself told me to look out for his program well in advance of it screening which is this one that you mentioned . He is a brilliant chef and a wonderful person .One of the biggest things to have happend to me was to receive a tweet from him addressed to me directly see below :

I thought the stuff with the leeks and aubergine were brilliant.
As for the pork - one or two nice marinades

I watched this show and loved it!
His fruit marinade is fantastic, with the added benefit of it tenderising meat, I honestly thought I'd have learnt the info about the enzymes in Pineapple and Papaya from Heston Blumenthal not Raymond Blanc!
I've made his bbq sauce, and with a tiny tweak I think it's a fantastic sweet/tangy BBQ sauce. I've got a huge batch in the freezer.
