This whole forum is very savoury (apart from the jokes section), so I thought I would share my favourite dessert option - WFO'd
Melt in the Middle Chocolate Puds
Ingredients 100g Dark Chocolate 100g Butter 2 Eggs 2 Egg yolks 50g Sugar 30g Plain Flour
Method Melt the chocolate and butter together Whisk the eggs and sugar to the soft peaks stage Add the flour to the chocolate, pour into the egg and then fold together gently with a metal spoon (take it easy to retain as much trapped air as possible) Spoon into ramekins 2-3 dessert spoonfuls per pot Chill in the fridge for at least 30mins or up to 24 hrs Cook in a reasonably hot oven (over 200C) for 8-10 mins
This makes lovely individual little puds with a runny chocolate centre (a la Gü). One of the advantages being they can be prepared well in advance. The cooking time will vary depending on how chilled they are, the size of the portions, the heat of the oven and how much runny centre you like. I have cooked them in a WFO straight after removing the embers following a pizza burn (on a tray), admittedly I did crack nearly half the glass ramekins (Gü leftovers), so be wary of direct heat on glass.
Enjoy

Sounds lovely Barney. Not much of a sweet tooth myself, but unfortunately, have a load of friends who do, so have to do a sweet. Think this one will go down a treat.
