Campfire cooking this week , there's a nice chunk of lamb in the casserole for tonight and a stunning piece of old spot belly in the brine for tomorrow. Am going to get some rib eyes or t bone for dirty steaks for Saturday night ! Marcus yours looked so good we have got to try them!! Attachments:

The neighbours came over last night and shared the pot , they have gone shopping to get a tripod perhaps I should have bought shares first as the next door neighbours asked this morning about where to get one I smoked some toms ,garlic and peppers last night so the soup of the day is!!

you may have started a new fad there rg. I don't think my other half would dare to go anywhere without electric hookup. looks fabulous though and I bet the lovely aroma wafts around teasing your neighbors.

I have a similar tripod I bought a while ago, but the basket is made out of an old washing machine drum - works wonders if anyone is planning to make their own

Kipper I have electric hook up with an induction plate as well !! It came. In handy Saturday night , dirty steaks lost out to the frying pan as the heavens opened must remember to never forget the pergola so that I can still BBQ in a monsoon!
